How long before I can receive my order?
The processing time for orders is 72 hours. Once an order has been shipped, delivery time in France is about 2 to 3 days.
Nevertheless, the time for processing orders may vary.
Can I change my order?
Please contact customer service as soon as possible. However, there is no guarantee that changes can be made once an order is placed.
Can I cancel my order?
All orders placed are final.
Can I return my order?
We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, especially during COVID-19.
All sales are final. La Perle Paris reserves the right to refuse any return, any reshipment, and any refund.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, you must contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide photos of the damage, as well as a screenshot of the confirmation email.

All orders are final, we do not accept returns. In the unlikely event that one or more products arrive damaged, contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide photos of the damage observed, as well as a screenshot of the order confirmation email
I refused my delivery when will receive my refund?/strong>
Any refused delivery will incur restocking fees Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded. Please allow up to 5 business days after we’ve processed the return for your refund.
My package is stuck and tracking shows no movement, what do I do
A package cannot be considered lost until its status has not changed within 10 working days from the day of dispatch. Contact customer service if the status of your package has remained unchanged according to the carrier’s tracking information.
I put the wrong address on my order. What should I do?
La Perle Paris will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. Please be careful when entering your shipping address.
